The Xmpl project
Xmpl project is an open source community project developed by Linux enthusiasts and users.
Our mission is to make the Linux console more user-friendly to new users, as well as to assist more experienced users with easily accessible examples of command execution and tool configuration in Linux.
Xmpl
Xmpl is a free and open source Linux tool (released under GPL v3.0 license), created for fast searching, fetching, and executing examples of Linux commands from local or online command repositories.
Xmpl tool enables users to easily update the database with new examples, and packages, which then can be shared with the rest of the community.
The tool uses GitHub as the repository backend, so it is required to have a GitHub account to work with private repositories.
